EDMODO

 Hello everyone! Today I am starting a flood of posts about applications you can use for your classes whether they are online or not. The first one is Edmodo. Edmodo is an educational website that takes the ideas of a social network and refines them and makes it appropriate for a classroom. Using Edmodo, students and teachers can reach out to one another and connect by sharing ideas, problems, and helpful tips. It  is a free and secure educational learning network used to provide a simple way for teachers to create and manage an online classroom community as well as enables students to connect and work with their classmates teachers anywhere and anytime.

All you need to do is signing up to Edmodo as "Teacher Account" and after signing up, you need to verify your e-mail. After all of this, the app asks you to write your name down and complete your "teacher" profile. When you finally have all requirements done, on the dashboard you will see, there will be instructions needed to understand how to use Edmodo.

By the assistance of Edmodo, you can create classes online for you to be able to connect with your students and let them know the announcements, assignments, etc. Furthermore, your students will be able to leave comments under your posts. So, it is a very useful and easy-to-use application for distance education. I hope it helps you!
